Equipped with a dozen of precision CNC machines, we are able to manufacture a wide range of valve stems with great accuracy. Meanwhile, various surface treatments and heat treatments are available to meet different requirements of industrial valves. Commonly Used Materials: 316Ti, Monel, Inconel, Brass Alloy, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, 4A F51, 5A F53, CF8 304, CF3M 316L, CG3M 317L, WCB, A105, 17-4PH, etc.
The valve stem materials covers stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel etc. Upon request, we can offer alternative materials as per your requirements.
Inspection: Visual Measurement, NDE (UT, PT), Roughness, PMI, Rockwell Hardness, Brinell Hardness, Leeb Hardness, Image Mapping, Roundness etc.
